tap at brewpub 28-oct-2011. Amber with small head. Pretty mild pepper beer, light barrel. Itís a style that I donít really appreciate much, but this isnít bad.

tap at founders. amber with small head. much more woody and mild than the serrano. still holds some pepper, if just a tad. much sweeter than expected. not hot or biting at all. mild pepper with some zest in the back end

On tap at Founders brewpub, pours a clear golden amber with a thin head, the aroma has a slight amount of pepper, the flavor has a sweet and oaky front end but has a slight burn in the finish, pretty boring overall though, nothing exciting.

Tap @ Founders. Red orange appearance with an off white head. Oaky, light pepper, caramel aroma. Oaky, vanilla, tasty malty, toffee, light pepper flavor. Some pepper on the finish.

aroma of wood and peppers. pours amber color with no head. taste of wood and the peppers this is not over spicy very refreshing.
