COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Itís not always a good thing when your reputation precedes you. But the complexity of this powerful wheat wine will give it a Sweet Repute no matter where, when or how your paths meet. Our brewing team painstakingly choreographed each layer of this beerís characteristics, starting with a healthy wheat and roasted malt base and adding clean, fragrant hops. Itís one-hundred percent barrel aged in maple syrup bourbon barrels and bourbon barrels over the course of sixteen months, then blended using carefully calculated ratios for the ultimate final product. The resulting 12.6% ABV liquid pours a bright warm russet with a stubborn ivory head and an intoxicatingly sweet nutty aroma. Take your time allowing the layers of flavors to unfoldÖ Because itíll only get better.

On tap at Caponeís. Pours a clear Amber color with a small off white foam head. Aroma of caramel with some earthiness and maple syrup. Sweet caramel taste with a slight hop layer and plenty of maple. Boozy bourbon spice and some vanilla notes underneath. Tasty.

Golden orange color with aroma of honey, maple, and bourbon with sweet malt flavor dominated by honey and maple with a subtle bourbon backbone. Great beer.

This beer is so smooth for a wheat wine! Pours clear translucent amber with a small beige ring for a head. Aroma brings light malty sweetness with a bit of maple spritzed in in the sweet level. Flavor brings sweet malts that transition into pleasantly sweet maple syrup.

Bottle... Pours clear and amber with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma features graininess, berries, caramel and red-hot ethanol. Full-bodied with a buttery mouthfeel and stinging carbonation. The flavor is a marriage of big bourbon bitterness and heat, and gooey caramel sweetness. Finishes bittersweet (more sweet than bitter) with plenty of lingering alcohol warmth. Bottle courtesy of newcigarz!

Big bottle in a tulip. Pours deep amber with a lacy, cream-colored head. Aroma of caramel and toffee and sweetness from the malts, some alcohol/bourbon and some oak, vanilla, maple, some bitterness to balance the sweetness. Flavor the same with nice blend of everything even though it is really sweet. Smooth, thicker texture. A unique beer but I donít know if Iíd want to drink a lot of this.

750ml bottle courtesy of Ernesto987. I was bummed it didnít get opened at the tasting we were all at, so he gave it to me, how cool is that. Pours a lovely blood orange with a thin white ring. A couple of chunky floaties keep the appearance rating from being a 5. Intoxicating nose with aromas of maple, brown sugar, bourbon and oak. Flavor is a rich combination of the above mentioned things. What a mix! Full bodied and gut warming. Nice.

750ml bottle shared at tasting. Lots of floaties. Creamy smooth golden sugary barrel notes. Butterscotch...in a good way. Foamy, soapy head. Very easy on the palate. Delicious. Leaning into dessert beer territory. Barrel bomb. Nice.

25.4 oz bottle. Clear orange brown with thick white foam. Nose is bourbon, butterscotch, grass and peach schnapps. Hot and oliy with a tang and a bite. Taste is melon, bourbon, maple, citrus peel and wheat. Kind of a boozy mess but OK with me.

750 ml bottle split 4 ways. Aroma is bacon soaked in maple syrup and bourbon. Love the nose!

The flavor start with maple and light sugar followed by vanilla and mild bourbon notes. Oak barrel is light with the alcohol only showing with a very mild warming after the sip. I didnít sample this fresh because of what it is. The texture was a little oily with a better than average body. The sweetness seems like it would take over but splitting this 4 ways is about perfect.
