COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Big and delicious for your ’perty mouth. Expect lovely, warm smells of single malt scotch, oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel and roasted malts. A bit of earthy spice and a scintilla of dark cherries. It’s a kick-back sipper made to excite the palate.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin light tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, wood, and whiskey. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of bourbon as well as medium notes of caramel and wood, and a slightly burnt edge.

Pours dark brown with thin head. This one smells like a bottle of find bourbon with a hint of malt. Taste is super smooth notes of vanilla toffee and caramel. Perfectly balance flavor. Medium body, low carbonation. Loved this one.

Pours a cloudy chestnut brown with minimal head. Aroma is figgy with dark and sweet malts. Flavor is very sweet and masks the abv very well. There is nothing to dislike about this brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from bottle to glass. Hazy brown hue with light brown fizzy head. Aroma is prunes, chocolate, oak, vanilla, plums. Mouthfeel is refreshing with a light body and zesty carbonation. Taste is sweet throughout with a wood astringency in the following and ethanol finish. Overall this is a decent brew but a bit thin for my taste.

A full body with a motor oil color for appearance with a nice liquor taste. This is a perfect desert beer that should be enjoyed and not chugged like any normal beer. Very nice oak barrel taste to and did they do a great job of aging it. The prefect beer to enjoy at the brewery

Bourbony. Wood. Oak. Light caramel brown color. Hot. Licorice? Caramel. Not my kind of thing but if you like barrels give this a go.

Fantastisk öl. Fjärde jag dricker sen den kom på SB. Underbar maltkropp och lagringen gör det lilla extra.

A sweet, boozy night-cap of the kind I find hard to resist, even though this tests my sugar tolerance. Bottle-brown with thick head. The aroma has strong molasses, turpentine, burnt brown sugars, ginger and spice. Slick mouthfeel. Very sweet and treacly on the tongue with some heat in the swallow. Burnt malts and prominent alcohol with a lingering herbal finish that I’m not sure I like. Ultimately a bit too sweet and one-dimensional to rate it any higher. (355ml bottle from Leura Cellars)

355 ml bottle. Mahogany, thin white head. Malty, alcoholic, bready, woody aroma. Flavor has barrel all over it, vanilla, oak, berry sweetness. Very very sweet.
