Dark red-crimson body, moderate sized pinkish-red head. Nose is full of fresh raspberries and jam. General Belgian malts and yeast. Flavor is similar with sweet raspberries, cherries, raisins, and general fruitiness. Medium bodied, slightly sweet, not cloying. Enjoyable.

Very sweet and fruity nose. Very sweet, tons of raspberry, slightly medicinal. Slightly disappointing compared to 2nd to the old version.

750 ml to snifter (from notes). Looks good; you can definitely see the raspberry influence. Smells sweet and fruity. Tastes like it smells with some tartness and Belgian notes in there too. Mouthfeel is average. Good, but not worth the fuss (or money) in my opinion.

Bottle. Deep dark red with a medium pink head. Aroma is sweet, tart, of raspberries and raspberry jam/syrup, and belgian yeast/malts. Taste is nicely sweet, mildly tart with some surprising bitterness, can taste the belgian ale base. More raspberries. Ends with a dry, tart, sweet (in that order) fruity finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Very very easy to drink.

750ml bottle. Another awesome beer from fear025. Deep reddish brown with a thick pinkish head. Aroma is mostly all raspberry with a light malt scent. Flavor is acidic/sweet raspberry with some bready malt and faint hop bitterness. Medium body with a soft smooth mouth feel. Nice fruit beer, tons of raspberry without being overly sweet.

UPDATED: JUL 17, 2012 75cl, Vintage 2011, at 9.2%Vol, exclusive American brew, with raspberries, thx to Secret Santa!, complex sweet fruit brew, sweet/fruity and slightly sour, yet not too heavy, balanced, cloudy, small head, good brew, yet expensive!

Dark red color, pink head. Aroma of tons of raspberry, some wood, honey. Taste is nice, pretty sweet but not too syrupy or cloying. Very nice fruit beer.

Reddish-brown colour. No head. Rich raspberry jam aroma. Lots of sugar. Jammy and fruity and light malts underneath. Well made, if not something I would drink all that often.

Draft. Hazy deep ruby purple color, scant head. Aroma of intense cherry liquer. Taste is rich cherries and malted milk balls. Very nice.

Bottle shared by r & f. Color and aroma natural the color of crushed raspberries, deep purply brown. Wonderful, jammy. High sugar content on the palate but it works here. Has a cocktail feel, skews to sweet and detracts from the complexity but is nice! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
