Pours a hazy ruby red raspberry color with a nice pinkish head. Aroma is of amazing tart raspberries. Flavor is a very nice tart raspberry flavor but with a nice sweet finish but not syrupy or extract tasting at all. Alcohol content is also hidden extremely well in this one. Excellent.

Pours medium head. Very sweet smelling raspberries. Medium high carbonation. Great tasting beer. Cant wait to try new glarus version of raspberry beer though, and see how they compare.

Poured from a 22 oz. bomber, this is not something I’d ordinarily try. Poured a thick red with a negligible maroon head, the brew is certainly tarty and fruity, and also sweet. I have to stop at one of these, it is much too sweet for me. However, it is a great beer to try and I enjoyed it.

Sampled from 22-oz bomber at Cellars Wine & Spirits in St Paul, Minnesota. Shared by BDR. Pours a hazy rusty red brew with a thin light pink head that slowly dissipates to a fine pink film top. Aroma of tart raspberries, mild white bready malt, a touch of yeast and some barn yard funk. Taste is medium bodied, well-carbonated with flavors of tart raspberries, multi-grain bread-like malt with some yeast character. Finish is mildly bitter and tart with a lingering tart berry aftertaste. Not the Flemish sour caliper beer but still enjoyable.

[Bottle, thanks BDR!] Pours red with a small pink head. As has been previously mentioned, the aroma was very strong and reminiscent of a raspberry popsicle. The taste is sweet with some rounded tartness. Decent mouthfeel and smooth. Pretty good, but I’ll have to try it again with a larger sample.

(bottle, thanks for sharing BDR!) Pours red with a light red head. The aroma is huge with scents of raspberry popsicle, raspberry cough syrup, raspberry hard candy, and some light tartness as well along with some alcohol. The taste is very syrupy sweet upfront, then a lingering tartness comes in on the finish to provide some balance. Thick mouthfeel, not too bad.

Pours a deep magenta with a thin white head. Tart raspberries and cranberries in the aroma. Sharp tart sweet raspberry. Pretty full in the mouth, definite pucker. I’m not picking up any funkiness here. I couldn’t drink too much of this, too sweet/syrupy. The abv isn’t really noticeable and the fruit comes across really well, no medicinal/cough syrup hints!
