Bottle, thanks sersdf. This thing looks pretty awesome - like pureed raspberries. Totally opaque and deep purple-red in color. Thin white head that leaves an oily slick. Smells like raspberry sorbet. Some lemon in there, not hugely interesting in its smell. Some of the alcohol comes through. Tons of small bubbles. Tart raspberry and sour cherries in the flavor. Nice beer.

Bottle: Very good beer. Great for dessert. Pours red with a very full fizzy head. Aroma and taste of raspberry. Great for certain occasions.

This is a very tasty beer. It pours raspberry red with a medium pink head and hits you with a great raspberry aroma. Great raspberry flavor w/ both sweet & tart. Finishes tangy. Loved it

Pours a deep violet pinkish red with a lasting thin head. Aroma is absolutely jam pakced with red raspberries, raspberry jam- very sweet, with a hint of tartness though, perfumy- also some very sweet sticky sweet malts. Great raspberry sweet and tart flavors, jammy, other fruity esters, some phenolic yeast but is mostly covered byt the fruit and sticky sweetness. Good fruit acidity in the end. I thought this was going to be way over the top and harsh, but it was surprisngly drinkable and nice.

Bottle. Pours a dark scarlet color with a thin pink head. Light sweet raspberry aroma over some musky-type malt scents. Taste is mostly sweet with some raspberry tartness coming through mostly in the finish. There’s an extra component in there - maybe some Belgian yeast character trying to come through, but gets buried under the sweetness. Alcohol is well-hidden. Interesting, but not compelling.

22oz - Aroma of raspberry danish with some fresh raspberries on the side and alcohol. Pours transparent garnet with cascading bubbles, a fluffy pink head and great lacing. Flavor is sour raspberries followed by yeast, malts and a slight alcohol burn. Palate is tart and sticky. Even though the alcohol is present in both aroma and flavor, it is not as overpowering as 12.3% would lead on. A tasty brew, almost wine like.
