Cherries, and cherry pits, earthy, with sour notes. Slightly watery, finishes dry. Storm (2685), Amager, Denmark

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Oct 26, 2007 This beer was a very pleasant summer-y fruit beer, but more boozy and challenging than most others in the genre I’ve had such as Leinie’s Berry Weiss, New Glarus Raspberry Tart/Belgian Red, and Lindeman’s Framboise. I think this is a "big" fruit beer...which for me would be a first.
Color was a pinkish hue which was a bit hazy and milky in color and clarity. Head was pretty average in quantity and whitish in color, but didn’t stick around for long. Aroma was pretty light and effervescent, and was fruity, lightly sour, and a bit champagne-y. Flavor was a bit sour (but not a lot of intense sour cherry-ness), tasted a bit of candied sugar, and lots of fruit. Mouthfeel was pleasant but unremarkable.
I’m not the world’s biggest fan of fruit beers, but this one was pretty good.
I split this bottle with SurlySober...where he got it I don’t know. Firemoose15 (540), Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a cloudy pink with a pink fizzy head. Flavor is primarily sweet raspberry and a bit of brown sugary malt. Palate is bubbly sticky and tart. Overall, quite enjoyable. hopscotch (5472), Vero Beach, Florida, USA

Sugary sweet nose with medium acidity, raspberry and resin. Medium sweet flavor with a matching level of fruity tartness. The high ABV is warm, but doesn’t burn. Full-bodied and oily with moderate carbonation. Lengthy, sweet and tart, tongue-numbing finish. This bottle was courtesy of growler! 19641948 (492), Greensboro, North Carolina, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 20, 2007 Am I less of a man for holding a glass of spritzy magenta beverage with a pink foamy head? Nawwww. Raspberry aroma with a subtle kick of funk. Subtle. Tart fruit flavors with a maltines quite evident as the base. Alcohol is nowhere to be found. I was absolutely stunned to see how high the percentage was. bigbeersilove (10), lansing, Michigan, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Oct 19, 2007 22oz bottle. Aroma: fresh raspBEERies slight green grass smell as well. Appearance: Ruby red with a light pink head. delicate, but lingering, lacing.
Flavor: A blasting of tart raspberries, light yeast with a slight sour then sweet finish. Palate: Good mouth-feel, medium bodied. nice tight carbonation. VERY slight alcohol finish.
