Aug 19, 2006 Tap at Founders. Raspberry Aroma. Bright red color with a small light red head. I like the sweet raspberry taste. Your mouth would just beg for more. I can’t believe this beer isn’t rated any higher.

May 25, 2008 Pours a hazy ruby red raspberry color with a nice pinkish head. Aroma is of amazing tart raspberries. Flavor is a very nice tart raspberry flavor but with a nice sweet finish but not syrupy or extract tasting at all. Alcohol content is also hidden extremely well in this one. Excellent.

Oct 11, 2008 22oz bottle. Color of razzberry juice. Ruby red and juicy. Aroma of fresh pressed razzberries. Flavor is nothing but tart juicy fruit. Lots of alcohol which is all very hidden. Beer drinkers and non drinkers would definately mistake this for juice. could be the best fruit beer I’ve tasted. Its just too easy to enjoy!

May 6, 2008 Awesome fruit beer. Aroma of raspberries bursts from its crimson colored bed. Taste is a raspberry overload with a nice malt base.

Aug 24, 2007 Bottle from Capone’s and shared with Axilla. Great red color with soda like fizzy head that quickly went away. Raspberries came in strong and perfectly tart. It’s amazing this one can hide the alcohol so well. The price tag was high, but this is one I’m very glad I tried and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again. Super.

Aug 23, 2007 Draft at Capone’s. Ruby magentaish pour with smallish light pink head that faded away quickly. The aroma was great, a very intense freshly picked raspberry aroma that was natural and not at all Jolly Rancherish. The palate was pretty hefty, somewhat sticky, with tons of raspberry flavor, plus a dollop of earthy yeasty hints. This one stayed pretty tart throughout, seeming to get a little sweeter toward the finish, definitelt sweeter than Sly Fox Black Raspberry. I’d really love to side-by-side this with NG Tart and the Sly Fox Black Raspberry. This one was outstanding.
