Draft. Pours black with thin white head that clings to the edges. Rich chocolate maple aroma over thin carbonation. Superior mouthfeel, great bourbon booziness and sweet maple at the end. Heaven. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I copied this from cyber cat cause they nailed it. Pours opaque coffee brown with a nice tan head. Rich aroma has firm notes of bourbon, coffee, molasses and toast malt plus a hint of chocolate. Flavor floods the palate with quality coffee, bourbon, chocolate, molasses, roast malt and oak. Mouthfeel is quite fizzy and firm, leaving a bourbon and chocolaty finish. I was lucky enough to get this on tap. I had five of them. . Unlimited CBS full pours. Amazing. It actually lived up to the hype. This was served at Secret Stash Bash 2015 in the ATL. The only beer that stood out at this beer festival. Paid 80 bucks. worth if for five full pours of CBS.

I finally found it. After waiting in line for a shitload of time after buying KBS, they had CBS! it tastes very similar to KBS, but more bitter, creamy, and thick.

Like drinking chocolate sauce pretty much. Very very similar to kbs but sweeter and thicker. I’m glad I finally got some of this.

Founders Brewery, Grand Rapids, MI, draft. Today is CBS release day. It's near hysteria. Can understand why. Impossibly smooth. Like a fine bourbon, but with soft bosoms instead of a harsh bite. Delicious. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Appearance: this beer is super black even at the corners, didn't have any head when it arrived Aroma: strong alcohol but not overwhelming the maple and coffee aromas, Taste: coffee, maple, sweet, alcohol spice, Palate: thick mouthfeel, alcohol aftertaste, average carbonation Overall: this is really good despite me usually not liking too much alcohol notes, the maple sweetness is strong ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Oak St. Dark mahogany pour with a thin tan head. Oily lacing. Aroma is maple syrup, milk chocolate, roast, coffee, smoke, and bourbon. Taste follows the nose with an initial maple, chocolate, and vanilla sweetness that fades into coffee, bourbon, and smoky notes with some boozy warmth. Layers of flavor. Slick palate. Pretty fantastic.
