Aug 15, 2008 Bottle. Pours an orange-amber, with a slight lacy head. Very nice aroma of floral hops. Flavor is floral hops, with a bit of an off-putting bitter soapiness. The malt is not particularly well-balanced. Slightly astringent mouthfeel. Not bad, but somewhat disappointing.

Leaves your mouth with bitters and a bit of tartness. Kinda makes you reach for another sip.

Aug 12, 2008 12oz bottle. Poured hazy copper in color with a linguring beige head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus hops, and caramel malts. Tastes of caramel malts with citrus and piney hops. Nice body and nice hop character.
