Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2013 Excellent. Nice and hoppy with just the right amount of malt for me. Can’t go wrong here

Draft. This certainly is the ipa to be a benchmark to. Big floral and citrus aroma. Even bigger bright citrus taste. Truly world class for an ipa.

Bottle pours cloudy amber/orange with frothy light tan head. Aroma of floral, spruce, some citrus. Medium bodied. A bit acidic. Up front moderate bitterness. Quite good.

A delicious, hoppy IPA with nice, but subdued, maltiness. Aroma has notes of spruce, citrus and alcohol. Pours hazy orange. Wonderful lacing of a creamy off-white head. Taste is medium bitterness for an IPA with a long finish. Alcohol is noticeable but not overwhelming. Overall one of my favorite IPA’s.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2014 Belle robustesse des malts, vanille, caramel très présent avec le bouquet floral. Finale légèrement agrume, simple, efficace, buvabilité mordante.

pours a cloudy brownish orange with a nice white head that laces nicely. Nose and taste are of a nice blend of sweet floral and citric hops. The malt profile is a bit weak but present.

Bottle. Pour is deep almost clear copper with a smallish white head. Aroma is thick toffee malt, clan pine hops, and a light citrus note. Flavor is also loaded with pine hop and clean caramel malt with hints of resinous hops. Tasty.

On draft at buffalo wild wings in Philly. Has a slight aroma of hops, and has a nice flavor of hops, but is not overly bitter. Not the best, but pretty good.

12oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy orange with a half finger of off-white head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste is lightly bitter and lightly sweet. Taste of citrus and biscuit. Medium bodied with a creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a long bitter finish. Overall, very good. Something I really plan to drink again.
