COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy headís floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This aleís sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Thanks to Skyview for sharing. Hazey amber pour with lots of foamy white head. Lots of citrus hops with orange and grapefruit being the most distinct. Orange citrus hop dominates the body but goes down through without a lot of bite to the finish.

Bottled, received in trade with ípantanap.í This is a great single IPA. Pours a nice cantalope type color and the aroma is jumping. The flavor is big, really big for a single. Citrus with tad of malt and nice lightly creamy texture. Dang, I wish Founders had distribution out here, this is good! Got to try their Devil Dancer triple soon!

12 oz bottle. Hop and malt flavors burst in your mouth when you sip this one then disappear. I has a strong hop flavor as well a a dencetm malt profile and a noticable alcohol bite. Great balance for this style.

Pours burnt orange amber, an immense head grows and stays there proudly displaying itself, I think just about every bottle I have had of the Centennial has foamed up in a big way, sweet malt, caramel, toffee, faint butterscotch candy aromas, pine and floral scents, faint spices on the nose, pale malt, caramel, and sweet flavors, citrus in the mouth with some pepper on the palate, medium plus dry drink, I thought this IPA was well balanced.

Reddish-gold color. Cloudy. Great, hoppy smell. Taste starts very promising but ends a bit short. Hard to explain. Donít get me wrong, this is a great IPA. Maybe just preference, but to me itís missing something at the end.

I decided to just dump this beer into my pint glass and the head boomed up. After some time the head went down but remained hovering over the cloudy honey color underneath. The taste was ok... It doesnít last on your tongue for a long period of time and the hops arenít over whelming. But when you taste it you know your drinking an IPA. Overall itís a good beer. Not to heavy itís light to drink but at the same time one is enough for me.

This beer pours a great head with a nice cloudy orange color to it. It has a strong smell of hops and some malt. There is a stron taste of hops but has a weak bite and does not stick around in your mouth long. Overall it is a very mild IPA not very bitter nor does it have a strong bite to it.

Bottle. Thanks to bgburdman9 for the bottle. Pours a orange body with nice 2-finger white head. Aroma is sweetened with hops. Taste has a nice bite to it - hops, hops, more hops. Really nice mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy, medium amber. Foamy, medium head, with lots of tiny bubbles. Considerably lacing. Earthy taste up front, then the grapefruit, then a lingering bitterness. Subsequent sips are pretty balanced. Not very dry, not so malty. An excellent blend of traditional IPA and American hopjuice. Great with a sharp cheese or gooey dessert.
