COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy headís floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This aleís sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry & tupalev -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a slightly hazy dark orange with red hues and an average size diminishing white head. Fantastic aroma of juicy centennial hops -- it just smells awesome! I could smell this all night. Flavour is also hoppy with a nice malt balance, very tasty. Goes down really easy and youíd never know this was 7.2%. Medium bodied. A great session Ale and an excellent IPA. (Sorry Greg)

Pours dark gold into shaker. Quickly dissipating, medium head. Slightly hazy -- leaves little lacing. Citrus and pine notes. Very hoppy with banana notes. Bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with red tints in the right light, medium frothy white head. Aroma is very floral. Notes of fresh hops and citrus zest. Aroma is great with this one. Flavor is well hopped with a nice malty back. Fresh hops leads way to a drying finish. Medium bodied makes this a well round IPA.

I love the fruity and full aroma of this IPA, itís taste and long lasting flavor lasts just long enough to prepare for a next taste. One of its most amazing features of this beer is the incredibly strong taste of pure hops making one aprecitate the most essential ingrediant to any beer.

A hoppy aroma with the hint of citrus flowing in and out of it. Settles in the glass as cloudy copper with a medium sized head. There isnít much hops in the taste and what is there fades fast.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy copper with a thin white head. The aroma is hops, citrus, and a bit floral. The taste is a great balance of malt and hop, with a touch of citrus. A very even keeled IPA, and highly recommended.

Bottle (12oz). Shared with blankboy and tupalev, my bottle. Poured hazy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of orange zest and resiny hops, some balancing malt sweetness, quite juicy and simple. Taste is really balanced for a sharp hop brew, some malt, it hides the alcohol very well and finishes quite quickly. Palate is lively and hoppy. Terrific - almost a session IPA, easy to drink. And yes, sorry Greg, I guess we got carried away!

Bottle, shared with hogtown harry and blankboy, courtesy of harry. Sorry Greg, we were well sauced at this point and cracked this open by mistake, sorry man! Dark yellow, small white head. Lovely soft hop aroma. Very nice - I like centennial hops! Soft earthy hops taste, long linger and well balanced. Very easy to drink and no hint of the alcohol. Incredible, my first beer from Founders and Iíll be actively seeking more.
