COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Amber with bit ruby, clear, one finger creamy white head that leaves lacing. Delicious aroma has slight juniper notes, caramel malting, bit roasted and in great balance, tropical fruits like mango and pineapple, inviting and nuanced. Medium body, bittersweet, round, good carbonation, bitter and tasty finish, flavors match aroma but not as delicate here. Really tasty, looks great, nice balance and character with aroma being best part, enjoyed!

On tap at Rattle n Hum. Copper coloured and bright, not much head. Obviously very hoppy, piney, woody, floral, long bitter finish. Does exactly what it needs to, no more no less.

UPDATED: APR 15, 2014 Tastes like somebody poured a Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA in this bottle and slapped a new label on it. The only difference is SN is about $3.00 a six pack cheaper where I live. This is a good beer, but it tastes remarkably like the Torpedos and the Torpedos are cheaper.

A beautiful, orange beer with a quite big and blond head. The aroma is nice, tropical fruits, mangos, also fresh pine forest. Taste is balanced, not a hop bomb, fructose and caramelly malts, some tropical fruits. The piney bittereness is there but slowly. The piney end is not totally dry but it’s enough. Medium bodied, mild carbonation, smooth and plesant. A fresh, not very dry, IPA in the pine forest after rain. Good.

Hoppy aroma with the grapefruit tint. Pleasant mouthfeel. Bit floral, bit citrus, bit bitter. No lingering burn, pleasant orange finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355ml bottle from Alko. Bb 11/14. Amber colored, lacing lasting white head. Pine, wood and grapefruit in aroma. Solid. Flavor has pine, woody notes, bloodgrape, some caramel. Finish is fruity hoppy, with sweet tropical fruitiness lingering. High drinkability.

Citrus fruits aromas. Dry, hoppy, smooth. Citrus. Floral. Well balanced, not bitter at all. So delicious. Love this!

Round citrus aromas, orange, peach, some caramel. Orange-copper with a lasting lacy white head, surrounded by rocky bubbles. Dry, very well balanced, juicy hops up front, notes of iced tea, just enough malts. Light-medium bodied, zippy, well carbonated. One of the best American IPAs on the market, for sure.
