Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy headís floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This aleís sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

On draft in NYC. First sip was amazing. Huge hop nose and great hop flavor to match. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355 ml bottle. Light amber or honey color, good white foam. Excellent hop aroma: shades of citrus, noble muscat wines, floral notes, a bit of honey and spices. Taste: good malt body with a slight sweetness and fruitiness, tropical fruits, citrus, refreshing and very good bitterness. Great IPA.

12 oz from bottle into an IPA glass. Floral nose. A little fruity taste. Definitely floral and fruity taste. Nicely bitter. Good mouthfeel, though maybe a tad thin. Overall a great IPA.

One of my favorite IPAs if not my favorite! Even from the pooring I love it. The deep clear amber color with the right amount of head and the destinct aroma of I think caramel and grass, lets you know youíre in for a treat. The taste, well it delivers. Great balance between the large amount of bitterness and the sweetness and between bitterness and aroma. A whole lot of beer all in all!

355 ml can from Miorge-Mihoublon, Arlon, Belgium. The aroma is intense on citrus, orange/mandarin. Pours a very nice light clear copper color. Taste corresponds to a classical IPA. Nothing extremely fancy but what youíd expect of a beer mainly brewed with centennial. It has a refreshing tang combined with the orange/citrus notes that linger quite a while. Just what Iíd want for bitterness. Finnish is oily. Very nice beer from Founders !

Quite light in the mouth alright so the sweetness of the malt is impressive. Classic pine and citrus bitterness offsetting. I donít really get the floral notes. Yes itís a standard centennial IPA. There are better though - kernel, mikkeller, brewdog, etc.

Hazey dark bronze colour with 2 fingers of head. Bitter taste with very little freshness. Watery feel in the mouth. I have had way better ipaís than this.

Hazy golden-orange pour with dense finger of white head. Aromas of heavy pine and grapefruit, with some malty sweetness peeking through. Flavor is similar, with hops at the forefront, but by mid-sip, giving way to malt. The retail description is apt regarding the finish - one of the most balanced, cleanest, mellowest of any IPA Iíve had. Well done!

Aroma is a very bright hop, citrusy. Orange pour with a small white head. Taste is quite hoppy, but not intense. Not as citrusy as I would have expected. Soapy after taste. Very sharp carb and medium thick.

Nice, bitter, dry and well balanced. Little complexity, and some lack of aftertaste.
