4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
A very good, full flavored beer. Rich malts up front, backed by a hops punch and a hint of citrus. In the same class as Victory brews.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle pour, semi-clear amber in appearance. Aroma is rich with earthy fresh hops. Taste is hop heavy, piney, earthy and bitter with some tropical fruit as well. Pretty decent all around.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from ?Jacks? Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, consumed at home Friday 20th December 2013 Hazy amber in colour with nice white head. Really decent IPA, typical US style IPA though so carries that heavy malty undercurrent and sweetness. Hoppiness does shine through though and the bitterness does linger sonewhat. Some pine on the nose along with a little peachiness though the Gruyere i’ve just grated is now leaving its old sock aroma across the kitchen. This is a damn good beer and at £2.95 not a bad price at all. A7 A5 T8 P4 Ov15 3.9

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap @ The House of Brews, NY. Clear pale amber color with small creamy white head, nice lacing and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of citrus, resin and pine hops with caramel maltiness. Taste starts with moderate sweet malt, follows by refreshing fruity sourness, while finish is pleasantly bitter. Full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Absolutely smooth and well balaced brew...

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Nice golden orange body. Has that grainy, earthy hop smell. Great bitter earthy taste. Can really tell the centennial hops are in there. Minor pine flavor as well. Very solid beer, but couldn’t drink to many of them.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Rich auburn pour with thin off-white head. Nice lace. Aroma is mainly sweet malt with a citrus punch in the face. Taste was predominantly malty. Sweet, thick malt flavors up front, a citrus mid-way with a dry bitter finish. A little thicker than medium bodied. Crisp and smooth. Another solid Founder’s baby .

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
pours a dark honey color, slightly hazy, one finger of white head, large bubbles. smells of citrus and earthy hops, and a decent malt presence. taste is decently balanced, maybe a little too much malt for my liking, great centennial hop flavor. overall, great IPA, well balanced for most, i would like a little less malt, but this is a drinkable and refreshing brew!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
This brewery makes good consistent beers. This one pours a nut brown with moderate head and lacing. Deep malt and pine on the sniff test. Malts are cereal sweet and hops are piney rather than citrus. I actually think I prefer their everyday IPA. Still this is good.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy copper with very little head. Aroma is full of fruit. Plenty of malt and cereal flavours, tropical fruit, citrus, pine, very slight woody. A good robust bitter finish. Good body with moderate carbonation. Well balanced. Lovely.
