Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy headís floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This aleís sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Poured out of a bottle into a pint glass. Rust colored with a nice inch of white head. I could smell the citrus while I was pouring it with my nose at least a foot away. On closer inspection, lots of grapefruit, actually thatís all I could get out of it. Taste: Hoppy hops. Bitter. Good. Sharp and crisp on the tip of the tongue. Moderate carbonation. It seems to soften out at the end. Good IPA. I could drink this all day long. Good solid flavor and smell.

Big caramel body, color and aroma. Almost no bitterness. A really good beer, but nothing special as an IPA. Was expecting much much more.

Bottle, this is pretty average ipa to me. Fairly drinkable and crisp. Slow light bitterness on the back.

Poured a pretty deep garnet with almost no head. In the mouth, it is very floral hops and alcohol well hidden.
