COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

355ml bottle. Clear amber body, small beige head with good retention. Aroma of a classic IPA: grapefruit, caramel, floral hops, spices, honey. Taste is moderately aggressive: bitter hops, caramel, herbs, spices, pine. A little oily and sticky.

Bottle. The look is bright, very clear, ok off white head, and copper in color. The smell is floral, grass, fruit, sweet, hops, caramel, and well balanced. The taste is hops, good bitterness level, fruit, caramel, and grass.

On draft at the Katy Brewfest and at Petrol Station. I was expecting to love this one, but both times I’ve had it I was disappointed. It’s decent, with some grapefruit citrus tones, but also seems rather simple, flat, and boring compared to other Founders offerings, and other high end IPAs. Not my favorite. .

Clear orange pour with a big off white head that lasts. Leaves nice lacing. Aroma is sweet juicy peach and citrus with some toffee and a faint spiciness. Taste is sweet citrus initially and then into caramel with pine and grapefruit in the finish. Pine after taste. Nice subtle bitterness with some sweetness to balance it out. Medium body with soft carbonation. Dries out in the finish. Really nice beer, super easy to drink.

Tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Poured a clear golden brown with a round glass hugging white head. The aroma is grassy and floral. The flavour follows on from the aroma with lots of grassy hoppy bitterness, but its surprisingly smooth on the palate.

A fruity citrusy nose with notes of pine and malts. Pours a clear amber with no head or lacing. The taste is bitter. Grapefruit, pine, hints of orange, malts with a grainy middle leading up to a bitter finish. Nice balance. Medium body faith medium carbonation. Overall, very enjoyable and extremely drinkable. Want to have again.

Copper orange in the glass. Sweet citrus aroma notes. Assertive medicinal bitter flavor thats not too bad. The trailing bitterness, morphs into bitter grapefruit. Overall, a tasty drinkable brew.
