Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Pours red gold, light, pale head, subsides quickly. Lovely grapefruit, apricot aroma, with a hint of pepper-cumin. Flavor starts slightly nutty then wraps into a clean hop bitter. Nice mouthfeel. Overall a classic (?) IPA.

Can. Pours hazy deep gold with lace white lasting head. Aroma of deep forest and citrus oils. Taste is full with different hops and deep bitter citrus. Nice balanced malty body with sweet notes of pine. Aftertaste is a bit aggressive but nicely balanced and fades quickly without greasy tones. Well crafted package.

Eh...this may be the most overrated beer (IPA) I have ever had. It's decent just not worthy of a top bill or a permanent spot in the beer fridge. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can - amber with a big foamy white head. Aroma of flowers, honey, light roasted malt and lemon peel. Taste is floral and grassy with grapefruit and lemon, a little molasses, toast and a medium bitter finish. Medium heavy body, low carbonation. Great stuff.

Bottle from Drink Shop in Tallinn (around € 3,50). BB 06-06-2015. Pours a rather dark and hazy amber colour with a big off-white head. Retains and laces nicely. Nose is pine resin, orange, marzipan, musk, caramel, floral, kind of salty even... Taste very bitter but well covered by malty sweetness, refreshingly juicy, piney-resinous, musky-caramelly. Body medium, palate oily, carbonation crisp but not at all overwhelming. When that flattens, gets a bit watery. Finishes dry with lingering bitterness coated in juicy sweetness. Very decent, well-rounded brew. Wish they had this instead of or together with the ubiquitous Punk IPA in bars I frequent... not that sessioning this 7,2% beer is a good idea but still...

Can from Alko. Pours clear orange with a small white head. Nose has grass and pine with hints of citrus. Mouth is strong on the pine. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. A somewhat abrupt bitter finish.
