Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy headís floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This aleís sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Says on the bottle itís a dry-hopped unfiltered. Pours a moderate amber, slightly yellowish. Immediately notice how fizzy it appears to be, one of the only IPAís iíve seen with this much lacing. Head pours medium and lingers , itís slightly rocky and medium-to-large celled. Aroma is a nice mild mix of citrus and floral notes. Taste is nice, sweet citrus to begin with and ending with floral flavors on the nose. Moderate mouthfeel, not velvety smooth but not coarse. Very slightly fizzy, but not mouth-scouring. Not overly bitter, much more floral than bitter.

Bottle from craft and dough, sheffield. Deep orange with a lacy off white head. Aroma is floral and malty, with wood resin and a bit of whisky woody notes. Taste is bitter and savoury, long lasting as well. Prickly carbonation and a thin/medium body. Very nice.

Draft at Khyber Pass. Clear dark orange pour. Off-white foam on top. Lace. Pleasant earthy citrus flavors. Syrupy caramel toffee malts. Plums and prunes. Tangerine peels. Clear sugar candy toys. Disparate notes of pimento, cocoa beans, black cherries, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots and gummy bears. Not your usual IPA.

355 mL can from Danish supermarket. Pours nearly clear orange with a medium off-white head. Leaves lots of lacing on the glass. Lots of fresh hops in the aroma, with citrus, orange especially, and a bit floral. Some malts as well. The taste is moderate to high bitter, moderate sweet. Smooth palate, decent and pleasant, but lacks any sort of complexity.

Wife picked up a six pack while in Grand Rapids for work. I am glad she did. Pours a nice deep orange with a pleasant aroma. Lots going on with the flavor. It was hints of citrus, pine and bread. IPAs have grown on me over the years and I would say this a very good example of the style.

Pours a dark orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is very floral with some tropical fruit notes. Flavor is also floral with light notes of of tropical fruit. Not as resinous as I would have though and pleasantly so. Medium body and carbonation. Finish is so pleasantly dry. This is an over the top drinkable IPA
