COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy headís floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This aleís sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Pours a hazy copper with a 1-finger white head. Aroma is big on citrus hops, and flavor follows suit. Good hoppy finish that is decently long and medium bitterness.

Can from Systembolaget. Iím surprised I havenít rated this as Iíve had probably 20 cans in the last 4 months. Very hoppy smell with citrus, grape and pine. Similar taste. Strong bitterness but not harsh. Allot of hops in this.

Bottle. Copper amber pour with a tall dense tan head. Tropical fruit aroma, some caramel and floral hop notes. Great taste of sweet caramel malt, pine and floral hops to round it out. Medium body.

Fitting beer for my 100th rating. On draught at beer deluxe hawthorn. Pours clear amber to copper colour with medium white head. Lovely balanced but strong hop aroma of grapefruit, floral aromatics and a touch of pine. Thin slick body with crisp carbonation. Taste is bitter and hopy with a nice crystal malt backing. Finish is clean and crisp.

Flaske 355ml fra Alko Muonio. MÝrk aprikosfarget. HÝyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. God aroma av frukt & tyggegummi. Smaken er aprikos & plommer. Blir litt (for) tÝrr & bitter etter hvert. KI=6

Golden pour. Aroma is malty hop resin. Taste is sessional resinous bitterness with a very well hidden abv. Lingering malty bitterness. Decent IPA but not a massive fan of the maltier varieties of the style.

Copper color. Big caramel malty nose with moderate hoppiness. Big caramel malt backbone with pine and citrus notes. Definetely a maltier IPA, but pretty decent take on the style.

Tasted from bottle. Pours a nice copper color with tan head. Good lacing. Aroma of floral notes, citrus and tropical hops, caramel sweetness. Taste is superbly balanced. Caramel, toffee, brown auger malt backbone give it mild to moderate sweetness with some pine, floral and maybe a hint of citrus hop flavors giving it a clean consistent moderate bitterness. Excellent IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
