COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

12oz. bottle. Pours a thick, gradually collapsing, ivory head, with heavy lacing, over a dark amber (SRM 15) body....nose is pine, light citrus peel, light hints of toffee/caramel, minimal esters... taste is moderately sweet malts to start with light cereal, leading to floral hop tones with hints of honey, gradually becoming bitter, with minimal pine, citrus, pineapple wanders through...medium body, slight hints of acid, low carbonation but creamy sensation. This is a nicely balanced beer with the hops, yeast and malts working together. It is not hyper hoppy as many left coast in the style but rather adds complexity and intrigue. BJCP 9/3/16/4/7
