COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Burk 33 cl från SB. Bärnstensfärgad med gulvitt skum. Tydlig kryddig doft av centennial med lite karamell. Lite lätt i smaken men bra beska.

Bottle on board Fridtjofen 30.07.15. Slightly hazy, golden orange. Off-white head and lacing. Aroma of Sevilla oranges, other citrus and pine. Similar taste and aftertaste, balanced with malt sweetness and marmalade. Good bitterness in aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours a deep golden body with a medium white top. Nice aromas of floral hops and pale malts. Light citrus and grassy notes along with hints of peach and melon. Taste is well balanced. Malty backbone with loads of delicious hoppy flavors ranging from light citrus, fruity melon, peach and ending in a piney, resinous bitterness. Medium bodied. NICE ONE! a new favourite

Bottle from craft and dough, sheffield. Deep orange with a lacy off white head. Aroma is floral and malty, with wood resin and a bit of whisky woody notes. Taste is bitter and savoury, long lasting as well. Prickly carbonation and a thin/medium body. Very nice.

One of the best IPAs I’ve had. Nice bitterness, but not too strong. A good step up from All Day. Easy drinking.
