Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy head’s floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This ale’s sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

Hazy amber in color. Very citrusy nose. Hops are present but not too bitter for an IPA. Pretty balanced still leaning towards the hop side. Finishes dry and with a pretty decent kick from those centennial hops. It was better than I had anticipated.

opalescent amber colour, huge, creamy yellowish off-white head; aroma of peach, tangerine, maybe mango, floral , biscuity and some resiny notes; bittersweet taste with overripe tropical fruits, honey, biscuit and some resiny notes again; intensive bitter aftertaste; marvellous IPA

All pine on the nose, with pine, citrus and sweet malts all vying for the attention of my tongue. Resiny but smooth.

Grabbed a 12pk of cans that were 7 days old. Super fresh, piney, lemon led citrus, floral aromas. Sweet malty finish balances out the hop bitterness. Always enjoy a good single hop, so the hop used really has a chance to showcase itself. Hoppy, carbonated finish. Well done.

Drank during the tasting at my home with my friends 22-8-2015. This was the first beer. Drank it from can and from glass to compare. I liked it better when drank directly from the can. Very nice beer. Lots of hops, rich taste. A nice, soft IPA full of taste.

Bottle at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) Pours a clear amber colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of orange peel, grapefruit, pine, resin, some peach, caramel, bready malts and floral hops. Big taste of pine, resin and grapefruit plus caramel, some toffee, orange and floral hops. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A long, resinous hop bitterness in the finish. A big beer, packed full of resinous, citrus hops and balanced with bready, caramel malts. More maltier than most IPAs but good. Lovely.
