Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program used in all American based beer judgings. Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Pour yourself a pint of this complex flavorful ale and bask in the frothy headís floral bouquet. Relish the immense citrus accents, achieved by the abundance of dry hopping. This aleís sweet, malty undertones balance the hop character with a finish that never turns too bitter.

At first pour the was a small 1/2" of head, you can immediately get the aroma if heavy hops and citrus. First sip taste kerosine, citrus and oak. It really has a nice bite more like a bitter than a IPA. Overall a good beer I enjoyed it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear orange, off-white lacing, lasting foam head. Great hoppy aroma, floral noes. Indeed the flowers explode in taste, citrus notes and great bitterness. Lasting taste. (Chicago 201510)

Poured from can, a month from best before. Slightly hazy caramel-orange colour, lightly carbonated, with a light, quickly diminishing white head with lacings of caramel. Aroma is richly hoppy, floral and sweet, with caramel aromas and subtle pine and biscuit notes. Medium bodied, with prominent floral hops giving way to a smooth, solid malt base. Finish is medium to strong bodied, slightly dry with flavours of caramel and pine. There is bitterness throughout but not overly so, and it is nicely balanced and flavoursome throughout.

Can from We bought Beer, London - UK. Color: clear golden blond beer with small carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: high hoppy blast. Grassy and caramel with nice sweet toffee notes. Very attractive nose. Taste: medium body with high caramel and grassy attack well balanced with the malt body. Very nice beer. Perfect work. Good attenuation. Small resin taste. Aftertaste: resin and wet bitterness. Astringent. Really amazing beer !

Picked this up from Chipís in Kill Devil Hills, NC while on vacation. Bottle date is 9/3/15 so it is fresh. Pours a clear amber with lots of head. Aroma is floral and maybe a hint of pine with a nice amount of an almost lightly candied sweetness. Reminds me a lot of Two Hearted but that is to be expected with Centennial hops. Taste is sweet but with a nice bitterness and overall this beer is well balanced. Medium bodied with a dry finish. I would buy this if it was available where I lived.
