Pours red amber with golden tan head. Aroma is of cherries and malts. Very strong cherry flavour with a malt backbone and some herbs and spices. The cherry is very overpowering.

Very impressed by the bright reddish amber color, but very little head. Sweet cherry aroma. Tastes like a "going flat" gingerale on the palate and the taste itself reminds me of a cherry soda. Great for a hot day.

Looks like a typical fruit beer. Pours almost pink with a small fizzy head. Aroma of sweet cherries. Very sweet fruity taste. Good desert beer.

Purchased at West Lakeview Liquors in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at Ian’s Pizza while eating a slice of crab rangoon pizza. Appearance like cherry 7-up, ruby pink hue with tiny carbonation bubbles and a small white head. Aroma a mixture of cherries and malts, not too sweet of a smell which is surprising. Taste of sweet cherries, a slight bit of sourness. Carbonation level is good, malt presence is light. This is a very easy drinker, more like a cherry session ale. Its good stuff, unique but holds back a bit in my opinion.

Copper/amber in color. Aroma of mild tart cherries, allspice, with a fairly noticeable malt background. Starts sour and quickly fades to tart cherry pie filling, mild spice then fades to somewhat watery malt. Lingering tartness. Clean profile, easy to drink. Decent, but not great.

Bottle. Pours a dusky pink with a small off white head. Aroma and flavor are full of cherries -- only mildly sweet and tart. Some caramel malt and a touch of yeastiness. I enjoyed it. Less sweet than most fruit beers, but also less tart than my favorites. Medium mouthfeel, nice carbonation.

Poured from a bottle into a snifter.
Appearance- Red in color with a thick white head, laced the glass while I was drinking it.
Smell- Straight up cherry pie filling, very pleasant.
Taste- Again, primarily cherries in the front here, a very nice balance of tart and sweet.
Mouthfeel- Nicely carbonated, though I felt a slight amount of alcohol heat.
Overall- Very good fruit beer. Enjoyable to drink, though I never want to have more than one in a session.

12 oz bottle poured into a tulip. Aroma of bread and cherries. Pours a light pink color with pinkish head. Taste is sweet cherry and some bready notes. Overall, not the best fruit beer I have had, and probably my least favorite from this great brewery.
