Pours a rusty reddish with a foamy off-white head that also seems to have a slight tinge of red. The aroma is a little grainy, a little candy sweet, and a little herbal. The flavor has a light and dryly sweet malt base with the distinctly cherry flavor adding both more sweetness but also a bit of tartness. The texture has a fine, champagne-like carbonation, and the alcohol is only barely noticeable.

Courtesy of mrspourhouse, thanks Susan. Pours deep clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is earthy berriness, tart berry notes and fairly smooth too. The taste is bolder than the nose hinted at with sweet rich berry goodness, red apple and modest fruity tartness. Nice crisp easy drinkin’ brew.

Beautiful color. I had a slight off-putting smell at first sniff, though I didn’t pour into a glass and let breathe. The aroma eventually settled into the cherry smell you’d expect. Wonderfully carbonated with a definite fermented-cherry taste throughout the drink: nose and finish. Great for hanging out with friends on the patio, though not a session beer.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Unclear not nice red colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Some cherries notes but very powerfull. Light sweet and light bitter flavor. Week cherries notes. Short finish. watery palate and too fizzy. really not a good beer.
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 gpekar (391) - Maryland, USA - SEP 20, 2010
Poured a lightly hazy golden amber with a 1" creamy off-white head. There was a light fruity sour cherry aroma and some carbonation bubbles rising up in the glass. The initial taste was crisp & tart with good carbonation and the flavor of cherry, but not sweet or sugary. There was a good balance of malt sweetness to balance the tartness of the sour cherry in the middle. The finish was dry and tart with the cherry flavoer lasting well into the finish. This was a very refreshing and thirst quencing beer for a summer day.
