COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You’ll have a soft spot for this one. Using only fresh Michigan tart cherries, this beauty tantalizes with intense flavors combined with a no hesitation malt bill. Adding fresh cherries at five separate stages of fermentation achieves the ultimate balance between tartness and sweetness.

Beautiful bright amber color with little head. Aroma is strangely malty and kind of like a latrine. Flavor is malty with strong cherries. It’s nice, but doesn’t overcome the rotten latrine smell it has.

Pours reddish orange with a very small white head. The aroma has fairly dry cherry, some spice, vanilla and hints of semi-sweet malt. Medium grainy body with lots of semi-sharp frothy carbonation. The flavor starts with tart cherry, mildly toasted malt, pepper and spice. The finish has much of the same. If I look at the beer and dissect it into parts it looks like it doesn’t blow me away, but as a whole I really enjoy the beer and am always glad to have one.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a white wine glass. Pours a slightly hazy orange with tiny white head. Very little lacing, low carbonation, and aroma is light cherry. Taste starts tart cherry and finishes sour cherry. Pretty good, but I have had a couple cherry beers that were better.

Sour aroma, deep red/amber/orange color. Sweet / sour taste... very thick, but not creamy. Thin white head. Definitely not an everyday type beer, but the cherry flavor makes this an interesting occasional beer.

Pours a clear red color with a white soapy heda. Has an aroma of cherries. More like a juice than a beer for me. One trick pony. Too sweet, no complexity.

Nice vinous aroma, like table white wine with notes of tart apple and cherry stem. Flavor has a tart note but remains on the sweet side, a bit sticky and slightly, incongruously bitter. Not a great combo. Lacks refreshment.

Clear cherry red pour that looks like soda. Bright pink head. Very artificial look. Aroma of strawberries and cherries. A bit metallic. Taste is sweet n sour with mainly cherries and almonds. Barely no hops. A kind of a candy feel to it. Extremely girly. I didn´t enjoy it very much.

Had at Capone’s in a flight. Pour was a deep red amber. Little head. Aroma was cherries. Slightly tart. Flavor started sweet and ended with a nice sour finish. Katie likes this one as well.
