COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You’ll have a soft spot for this one. Using only fresh Michigan tart cherries, this beauty tantalizes with intense flavors combined with a no hesitation malt bill. Adding fresh cherries at five separate stages of fermentation achieves the ultimate balance between tartness and sweetness.

Thanks to seabass for this one. A: Pours a light amberish pink hue with a rather small white head. S: Aromas of light cherry and lots of grain. T: Sweet cherry with a subtle tartness. There is some light vanilla and light malt. Hints of caramel, and candy sugar. M: On the lighter side of medium, nice carbonation.

Poured an almost clear amber color with a thin white head. The aroma is very light. Fruity but too light. Tart cherry flavor. Tasty but one dimensional. Light bodied.

355 ml bottle. Red-brown body with white head. Sour and lambic style aroma, of course with some cherries on top of malt and little hops. Surprisingly fresh flavour, some spices, clove and pepper mainly. Light body and a nice fruit beer.

355 ml bottle. From København, Denmark.
Cloudy orange red colour with tiny white head. Wheat, red berries, wine, cereal and sugar in aroma. The flavour is pretty much the same. Wheat, wine, berries, cereal and some sugar and sourness.

Clear red-pinky color, small pinky head. Dry cherry-marzipan in the nose. Cherry, marzipan, lactose, cherry stones in the flavor. Kind of ok, but wouldn’t drink another bottle.

(bottle - 12 oz) Light pink pour with a fizzy head. Aroma is very sweet and tart at the beginning but then a sugary sweet cherry pie filling aroma comes through. Flavor has a natural cherry tartness at the start but then the cherry pie filling enters the palate. Sweet with light hints of biscuit and cream. Different but really good.

Bottle, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph.
Pours golden orange-amber with a medium, staying, creamy, white head with some pink streaks in it. Heavy cherry aroma, some marzipan, rather fresh and fruity. Medium carbonation with small bubbles, fair dryish mouthfeel. Flavour is a little weak, some fruity tartness, kinda dry, cherries, light raspberry sweetness. Some tartness in the finish that makes this slightly above average.
