The aroma is of caramel malt, vanilla and it´s floral and herbal. The taste is sweet and of caramel malt, vanilla, rye bread, hops and alcohol. Pours a hazy amber golden with a creamy, beige head. Fat and fruity, syrupy nose. Quite full-bodied, low in carbonation, fruity and herbal and very interesting. Very alcoholic finish. A very complex beer. Dark Amber pour, aroma of spices and dried fruits. Flavors of brown sugar, fig, allspice, and lots and lots of sweet alcohol. 13% ABV but my guess is that it’s higher.
