COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tenth Anniversary Ale A generous malt bill, ten hours in the kettle, a touch of hops, twice fermented with a blend of American and Belgian yeast strains, then conditioned with a delicate blend of spices. Deca exemplifies ten years of brewing and experimentation at Founders. Thank you for letting us do what we do best.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2008 Bottled. An amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet hoppy giving it notes of grass and grapefruit, and so is the flavor. Nice.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of boboski. Pours a hazy amber golden with a creamy, beige head. Fat and fruity, syrupy nose. Quite full-bodied, low in carbonation, fruity and herbal and very interesting. Very alcoholic finish. Thanks for this odd beast bobo. 190408

(Bottle) Pours a cloudy deep amber-brown body with a spare beige head. Aroma of lightly sour Belgian yeast, white grape, toffee, biscuit, some floral, and cherry. Flavor of hot rum, sour fruit, apple, toffee, and butterscotch. The excessive alcohol bite takes a way from the flavor.

Bottle Chris_o Shindig. My last bottle of the day. Oaky. It’s strong and hoppy, toffee. This is crazy. Great toffee and hop. Really intense, but drinkable. After this I had to go to bed.
