COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Founders most complex, most innovative, most feared and yet most revered ale produced. Massive in complexity the huge malt character balances the insane amount of alpha’s used to create this monster. More IBU’s than any brewery has documented, more than you would believe and dry-hopped for twenty-six days straight with a combination of 10 hop varieties. Dangerously drinkable and deliciously evil. We dare you to dance with the Devil. 112 IBUs

A powerful, pungent brew. Lots of malt here, but immense hops to balance it. One of the most overwhelming beers I’ve had, but so good. Sticky, but the hops really win the battle here. Just an amazing beer, but make sure to sip and savor.

Pours a dark amber/red with a big off white head. Head doesn’t last long. Aroma is filled with malts and pine. Taste is quite strong/boozy with lots of bitterness and malts. Hints of orange coming through as well.

Pours an almost ruby red with a medium white head. The aroma is biscuity, malty, pine and a quite strong alcohol. The taste is very strong malty taste, biscuity again and a punch you in the jaw and kick you in the nuts bitterness.

4/15 Batch. Pours a reddish color. Has a huge florals smell. Has a medium a palate. Has a sweet malty taste. A toasty nutty taste. Finishes off with a sweet but dry aftertaste. Almost cascade floral hop. This is interesting and complex beer to drink.

dambor (327) - Berlin, GERMANY - APR 2, 2016
Pours dark orange, almost copper, with medium head disappearing fast. Aroma: heavily dominating malt aroma, paired with oranges, mandarins, some biscuits in the background. Taste: tons of malt followed by nice oranges, citrus and a brutally long (in a positive sense) hoppy palate with a warming effect from the alcohol. Overall a fantastic brew, however, I was hoping for the malt to be less present and more covered by tons of hops (particularly in the aroma). But to be fair, I must say that I am drinking this beer almost 11 months after bottling date.

Amber pour with big off white head. Huge hoppy citrus nose. Flavor is packed full of hops but the malt tries of come through. Big is big can be on this one.

Rating based on the first few sips. As with all monster IPAs, the bitterness quickly builds to the point that I can’t actually taste anything but until then this dank, juicy, herbal beast quite nice.

Bottle at home while visiting Jacksonville. Pours a hazy amber with an off white head. Sweet, dank, hoppy, caramel aroma. Medium body, medium carbonation. Toffee, lemon, pine... sticky, slightly sickly, stuff and pretty boozy, but nice enough.

Pours a dark amber color with white head. Not as bitter as in thought, but still a little much

Bottle @ home, from Heinen’s, Cleveland, USA. Strong bit boozy aroma with cherry, plum and a hint of buttery cookies. Dark copper/red color with minimal white head and clear liquid. Strong taste with cherry, mango, some buttery cookies. Balanced with wide taste spectrum and long fruity hoppy aftertaste. Strong/medium body with medium/low carbonation. Overall, hyper taste and quality, although bit more malts would make it perfect.

Pours a really dark amber. Really good and easy to drink for a tripel. Not sure it is worth the price but really good.
