Holy shit ! This beer is amazing, but very, very strong. Beware drinking more than one, it may convince you that you have super powers or give you delusions of grandeur, or you end up just puking in the ally and stealing someone’s bird feeder !!!!!

Pours a golden orange with a medium head. Aroma is fantastic with tons of hop aroma and a hint of citrus. Palate is an explosion of hops and a hint of citrus at the finish. Very full bodied. An excellent beer that is full of flavor and a must try!

Bottle. Pours nearly florescent orange with a medium creamy orange grass, nice lacing. Aroma is caramel and pine. Flavor is about the same, light sweet and medium bitter. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Ooollllllddd. Bottling date was June 2012. Consider this a placeholder rating for now.

Heavy notes of dried fruit, alcohol warmth, resiny hops at the end. Pretty good beer.

Unknown bottling date. Consumed 3/1/2013. Wow! Incredible! Pours red-brown with a tan-white head. Aroma is pineapple, caramel, citrus, vanilla, earth, wood. Taste is HUGE, bitter citrus, caramel, earth, grassy.Really nice lacing. Chewy; bubbly. Incredibly full flavored. This is an excellent, amazing, delicious beer. Looking forward to this year’s release!

This is an intense beer, just as a quick glance at the bottle might suggest. There seems to be some debate about the category "Triple IPA", but this beer does seem to be a bit more than your typical double IPA.

Ok so I am nitpicking but for a beer called a Triple IPA, I expect more in the nose of the beer. I also get a little frustrated with a beer that is an IPA that is as cloudy as this beer is. That said, this is a wonderful beer. There are some great malt and roasted notes that compete admirably with the hops. In some ways I don’t even notice that is an IPA, because the hops are not super pronounced.
