COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Founders flagship beer. Dirty Bastard is an absolute beautiful beer to behold. Dark ruby in color and brewed with ten varieties of imported malts this beer continuously lives up to its reputation as a bold and powerful ale. Dirty Bastard is complex in the finish with hints of smoke and peat paired with a malty richness, finalized with a good bit of hop attitude. This beer ďainít fer the wee ladsĒ

This beer pours a dark copper with a medium off white head that left a lot of lacing around the gas. The aroma was very toasty, some caramel and sweetness, and slight plum as well. The taste caramel, some sweetness, the ibuís are masked very well. The mouthfeel is syrupy and medium heavy. Not my favorite beer from founders but a solid beer that is worth a try!

Pours a brilliant red when the peering through the light with a tiny head from bottle. Lightly carbonated. Taste of alcohol, malt, sweetness and scotchiness. Smooth moderately thick mouthfeel that?s not very carbonated

Bottle from Svijet Piva. Shared with the Croat & Slovak crews. Yay! Poured a dark amber-red body with an off white head. Malty aroma, honey, alcohol, slightly sticky. Dry malty taste, not nearly as sweet as expected, slightly creamy but bitter, light herbal notes, raisins, good, but not as good as Iíd expected.

Bottle from Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. I nearly always have one of these in the cellar. I never get to rate it, mind you, because its the Missusís favourite, and she always beats me to it. Except today. And the verdict is, sheís very discerning...

Crazy good beer. Bottle from Fry's Grocery. Pours deep amber with thin tan head. Tastes of malt and dried fruit. Delicious. Hops are subtler than 50 IBU's suggests.
