COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An imperial IPA that was brewed to turn your world upside down. Hops have got you coming and going. Pungent aromatics up front paired with a malt balanced backbone and a smooth bitter finish. 86 IBUs.

Hazy golden color; small head. Strong aroma of malt, cereals, hops. Strong body structure, toffee flavor, some residual sugars (which is always good), powerful and resiny hopping, with some pine needles. Overall, a solid and pleasant Double IPA, yet not impressive.

Sticky gummy aroma, some heat, mostly lemon. Dank and heavy like a barleywine. Hazy yellow with a golden center like a hef. Peppery up front, concentrated. Is this bottle almost a year old? Winter seasonal? Jagged all around, broken. Doesn’t seem to be the beer described, or perhaps I expected more. Weighted too much on the malt side, hops have an acidic dryness. Musty.

There is a sweet, soft presence that holds the aroma of this beer in check. It’s nice. Chewy peach and orange and hops...lots of hops. It pours a nice gold/orange, cloudy and has a nice warm hue that is pleasing to the eye. The head was soft white and minimal. It looked rather watery towards mid glass. Flavor is dead on for an imperial. Full of life and appropriate hop, pine, round fruit and something almost like bark at the back of the tongue. I like this.

Bottle @ Hj Hansen, Odense. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is packed with fresh hops. Citrus, floral and grapefruit. Centennial for sure. Smooth and soft palate. Fine malty balance with a bit of caramel. Bitter, crisp and dry. Dangerously quaffable!

12 oz bottle. Pours a striking hazy yellow- gold with a small white head that comes and goes. As I bring the glass to my nose I am smacked in the face with amazing fruit aroma; grapefruit, pineapple, orange-citrusy goodness with some pine and hops to back it up. I sit there with my nose in my beer for about 5 minutes, lovely. At first taste the flavor is not as pronounced as the aroma and I am a bit let down; although as my tongue gets used to the bitter, sticky, hopness (is that a word?) this one grows on me. The finish is nice and clean, not sweet and cloying. A small nutty note lingers. Thanks coldbrewky.

12oz bottle, also had it on tap back in August. The Bottle was from Janurary, but it was still damn tasty. Pours a slight yellow hazy colour, incredibly easy to drink for 9.4%. The Double Trouble I had on tap back in August was ridiculous. Best beer I have ever had on tap. So damn beautiful, easy to drink. Great amount of hop bite, no alc% taste. very damn good beer over all.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is solid pinewood and light peachy hops aroma. MIld liqourice note to a dry pinewood hops flavoured base. Nice sweet caramel malt flavoured base. Lingering caramelish and sweet malty flavoured. Smooth and yet solid hoppy.

Bottle at SBWF. Shouldn´t complain about a beer scoring a 4, but this just delivers what you expect in a good IPA nothing else...

Bottle. Cookie-sweet easy to drink IPA with some serious grape-hop bitterness in the aftertaste.
