This liquid dream pours a hazy golden orange straw color with a large puffy white two-finger head. First sip of this beer rewards with a super juicy hop presence bursting with fresh orange and lemon citrus then continues to introduce toasted malt undertones.

bottle from a friend up in wisconsin- you are not on the site, but thanks to Jarrod for this. Hazed light orange body with- just as the description says up above- a puffy white two finger head. could smell the hop aroma as i was pouring this. pine and citrus are what i pick up. milder hop flavor than anticipated from the nose. honey malt with a watermelon taste. orange citrus hop notes dominate the bitterness. enjoyable now, bet was stellar 2 months ago. will definitely reach out for more of this come the fall so i can enjoy this fresh the way it is intended.

The best made wet hop ale out there. A hop headís dream, this beer is exactly what an IPA should be. Piney and grapefruity, chewy resiny hops without it being annoying or too over the top. Delicious.

From 10/8/2013. Pours a hazy copper with a finger of off white head that lingers into a thin cap. Decent amount of lacing and carbonation. Nose is very resinous and hoppy with a slight amount of sweet citrus. The mouth is very similar. A lot of citrus and piney hops with a decent amount of malt. Some bitterness that leaves a dry, but pleasant finish.

The Harvest Ale pours a mostly cloudy bronze yellow with an off-white head that lasts a bit and leaves nice lacing. The aroma is citrus with bread. The flavor is citrus and bread. Overall this is a pleasant beer and I would like more.

On tap served in a pint glass. Pours a clear, brilliant gold with with awesome head retention and lacing. Aroma is very piny and earthy with just a touch of citrus coming through. Lots of Earthiness in the taste with bread and light pine. Bitterness is on the high side leading to a crisp and drying finish. Overall, really an awesome beer that brilliantly showcases what a hop harvest beer should be. One beer I really wish was available to me locally.

Bottled: something, something, 11. Founderís has shitty dating now that theyíve switched to yellow, but Iím pretty certain this is pretty fresh. A: pours golden yellow with a little under a finger of white foam which falls to a large central cap and a surrounding ring. Excellent clarity. Spotty lace. S: Yeah, this is fresh. pine, citrus, bubble gum, sweet and dry malts. Simple, elegant. T: Good and hoppy with resiny, piny, fruity hops. A little further leaning on the resin aspect, this beer is like Devil Dancer light with a good amount more sweetness from the malts. Nice. M: Medium bodied with moderate carb and a noninvasive finish. O: Scary sessionable. I could drink this quickly and would, sadly, be done too soon only left to stumble my sweet ass to bed early. As usual, Founders rarely fails to impress. Solid beer. Serving type: bottle 10-15-2011

Bottle from West Lakeview Liquors, Chicago. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Light fruity hop aroma. Fresh hop taste, light malt, with a moderately bitter finish. Medium-full body. Iíve had better IPAs from Founders, but this is still nothing to shake a stick at.

Draught. Golden orange pour with big white head. Choppy aroma. Earthy but very clean finish and not overly grapefruitish
