This liquid dream pours a hazy golden orange straw color with a large puffy white two-finger head. First sip of this beer rewards with a super juicy hop presence bursting with fresh orange and lemon citrus then continues to introduce toasted malt undertones.

Poured from a bottle. Cloudy golden orange with offwhite head. Aroma is caramel malt and bread accompanied by citrusy (orange) hops. Nice bright, juicy hops in the taste with a healthy dose of caramel malt to balance. Finish is clean and bitter. Slick and oily mouthfeel with nice crisp carbonation. Overall, I enjoyed this beer, but perhaps a bit maltier than I prefer.

@ Chief Market / Lima OH --- Hazy orange amber with a head that drops to 1/2", thin streaks of lace. Taste is light malt infused with citrus, especially orange, with the citrus turning hoppy at the end of the palate. It all moves very smoothly to a long lingering finish. In many ways, typical of the hoppy Founders offerings, but the orange-lemon makes it unique and enjoyable. A real winner.

Reviewed from notes. Consumed fresh during its seasonal release. The appearance had a beautiful light golden yellow colored body that gives a nice one finger white foamy head that lasts for a good minute before gently dieing into the body. Some nice spotty spiderweb lacing appears around the sides of the pint glass. The smell had a sweet citric fruit up front backed up nicely by some piney hops. The taste takes these flavors and combine a wet/fresh taste. On the palate, it sat at/about a medium on the palate with nothing sharp on the tongue, very sessionable. Overall, once again, another Founders beer that impressed me.

Pours a cloudy orange. Medium head that is stable. Smells floral with a grainy edge. Taste of pine and grapefruit. Bitterness is sharp and lingers. Has a sweet taste but finishes dry.

Bottle; nose is full of floral aromas. Juicy/fruity explosion of flavor. Great hop utilization. Might be the best IPA I've had!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap: Vibrant, golden-yellow color with decent clarity, only a mild chill haze throughout. A small, white head stretches to a film & collar atop the brew. Aroma is hoppy as hell; very pure, pungent, dripping wet. Floral, weedy, like fresh cut grass with the dew still on it. Some citric peel notes in the back. Very "green" & fresh. Taste is the exact same way, delivering a lovely level of freshness that is noticeable with each sip. Wet, grassy, floral, weedy hops... Like sicking on a wet hop. A hint of white pepper & orange peel in the periphery, but this one is all about raw hop flavor. Lightly sticky, crispy finish. A very good IPA from Founders, showcasing hops in one of their purest forms.

bottle from a friend up in wisconsin- you are not on the site, but thanks to Jarrod for this. Hazed light orange body with- just as the description says up above- a puffy white two finger head. could smell the hop aroma as i was pouring this. pine and citrus are what i pick up. milder hop flavor than anticipated from the nose. honey malt with a watermelon taste. orange citrus hop notes dominate the bitterness. enjoyable now, bet was stellar 2 months ago. will definitely reach out for more of this come the fall so i can enjoy this fresh the way it is intended.
