4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 oz bottle. Pale golden; diminutive white semi-frothy head becomes a ring and very sparse covering. Aroma is really fresh, wet, juicy, grassy, citrus, orange, bread. Flavor is ultra-fresh with heavy-but-not-insane levels of hops; lots of lemon and grass and hay. Medium body, smooth. World-class IPA. Awesome.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught @ Headkeeper: This one pours a fairly clear straw yellow color. There was a small white head and it left some lacing. The aroma is a bit milder. Some malts, citrus and earthy hops, and slightly musty. The taste is good. Nice malt body. Somewhat tart/bitter flavor. Some pine and lemon hops. Nice.

Wow. The fresh hops are stunning in this brew. Very grassy nose to it when poured.

Tasted from a 12oz bottle. It poured a cloudy golden color with a white head and streaky lacing. Very subtle aroma of hops and malt with a citrus hop taste.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from a bottle. Cloudy golden orange with offwhite head. Aroma is caramel malt and bread accompanied by citrusy (orange) hops. Nice bright, juicy hops in the taste with a healthy dose of caramel malt to balance. Finish is clean and bitter. Slick and oily mouthfeel with nice crisp carbonation. Overall, I enjoyed this beer, but perhaps a bit maltier than I prefer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
@ Chief Market / Lima OH --- Hazy orange amber with a head that drops to 1/2", thin streaks of lace. Taste is light malt infused with citrus, especially orange, with the citrus turning hoppy at the end of the palate. It all moves very smoothly to a long lingering finish. In many ways, typical of the hoppy Founders offerings, but the orange-lemon makes it unique and enjoyable. A real winner.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Reviewed from notes. Consumed fresh during its seasonal release.
The appearance had a beautiful light golden yellow colored body that gives a nice one finger white foamy head that lasts for a good minute before gently dieing into the body. Some nice spotty spiderweb lacing appears around the sides of the pint glass.
The smell had a sweet citric fruit up front backed up nicely by some piney hops.
The taste takes these flavors and combine a wet/fresh taste.
On the palate, it sat at/about a medium on the palate with nothing sharp on the tongue, very sessionable.
Overall, once again, another Founders beer that impressed me.
