This liquid dream pours a hazy golden orange straw color with a large puffy white two-finger head. First sip of this beer rewards with a super juicy hop presence bursting with fresh orange and lemon citrus then continues to introduce toasted malt undertones.

Holy cow, the aroma really jumps out at ya. Big tangerine and orange/citrus notes. Cloudy golden body, white foamy head. Fantastic balance, not too sweet, not too dry. Great hop flavor as well. Really works for what I love about American hops. Cheers!

Pours a slightly hazy clear gold, apple juice-ish, light white head. Aroma is pine sap, caramel, grapefruit, lemon zest, herbal hop. Flavor is bitter hop, sweet malt, lasting pithy sugar soaked grapefruit. Med body, dry and yeasty finish.

Poured a very nice medium yellow with moderate lacing. In the mouth it seems like a good blend of cascade and Amarillo, though I could be way off.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear golden yellow with one finger of white head. Aroma is slight floral, slight pine and some citrus. Nice maltiness also. Flavor follows. Really nice beer. Smooth. Very drinkable. Finishes really clean. Very nice beer.

Very nice hop aroma with biscuit from the malt. Very light in color but there is a breast malty sweetness that backs up the floral citrus hops.

Draft. Clear gold, almost no head. Nose is pine! Bitter. Middle is medium malt and grapefruit peels. Finish is bitter and lingering. Extremely balanced brew, alcohol blended beautifully. This was Mt Hood for the hops.

From a bottle. Pours hazy gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like sweet grapefruit, caramel, smooth alcohol, dry citrus hops, and bready malt. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet orange, grapefruit, caramel, booze, and some dry pine hops.

Like the label says, straw yellow color. Big puffy head. Not a lot of carbonation. Aroma is a lovely, resinous pine aroma. Even though it was bottled on 09/30/14 (drank 12/19/14), it still has a freshness in the nose. The rye malt aroma is very spicy and adds a finished wood quality. Flavor is not as fresh as it might have been a few months ago, but still holds up. There is a juicy hop (again, just like the label says) that resembles sort of a a mimosa, with a hint of mind leaf. There is a prickly feel at the end. Like an IPA with and orange juice and champagne tingle.
