12 oz. bottle. Poured hazy orange with tons of small hop particles floating throughout the body of the beer. Fresh citrus and piney resin flavor. Lots of fresh cut orange, tangerine, and grapefruit goodness. Very smooth and very good.

Dec 4, 2008 12 ounce bottle in pint glass. Pale orange with lasting fluffy white head.and lace. Fresh wet hop spicy citrus aroma. Very mild fruity apricot with fresh hop flavor and medium bitter bite with very dry finish. Medium body and carbo. Very drinkable and delicious.

Dec 3, 2008 Pours hazy golden amber into a shaker. Whipped cream head top hats rim and folds over. Orange zest and resin aromas. Full and syrupy caramel with crisp pine and resin from front to back. Well balanced.

lots of piney hop flavor, likely Cascade, but I may be wrong. rather high head.
good carbonation, and quite floral.

Nov 30, 2008 Cloudy straw color with thick white soapy head. Lacing hugs the glass. Aroma of hops, grapefruit and some pine. Wet hops finish with grapefruit, pine and flowers on the palate. Impressive beer! The best part of the Giants-’Skins game.

Nov 30, 2008 Bottle. Moderate roasted smell for the malt, heavy grapefruit, pine and flowers for the hops, light soap for the yeast with notes of pepper and wood. Head is large, frothy, slightly off-white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is hazy amber. Flavor starts lightly acidic and finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery and has a lively carbonation. Just lacking a little sweetness, this is exactly what an IPA is supposed to smell, taste, look and feel like.
