Bottle 355ml. @ Amerikaner blindsmagning @ Papsoe, Bottle #11.]
Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lancing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy hoppy, moderate to light heavy yeasty, fruity, apple - peach. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (190608)

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is swet with notes of malt, hops, and fresh cut grass. The flavor is sweet with notes fomalt and grass, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of MaltOMeal. Hazy pale golden with an off-white head leaving laces. Fresh and peachy hop aroma. Medium body with sweet fruit, a little yeastiness and a fairly hop bitter finish. Very fresh and quaffable. 190608

Bottle. Papsoes MadsBerg homecoming blindtasting, bottle #11. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a lacing white head. Mild spiced and yeasty aroma. Flavour is solid hoppy and mild yeasty mellow. Light fruity flavour with a following bitterness. Ends dry hoppy and yeasty.

Botte #11 at Papsoes blindtasting. Cloudy yellow coloured with a medium sized white ehad. Aroma of fruits and berries with notes of spices and yeast. Spicy flavour of fruits, yeast, berries and hops. Hoppy finish.

Cloudy orange-light amber color; small head. The aroma is very fruity, a jam, followed by some soft berries. Pleasant flavor, mellow toffee, not too sweet, with a good bitterness level and a quality hopping, almost not resiny and exclusively fruity, with lots of sweet oranges. Very good, and fresh must be excellent.

Hazy golden with medium white head. Sweet and spicy aroma with yeasty notes. Sweet yeasty flavor with fruity, spicy and yeasty notes.

Opaque beige. The aroma has almost a Belgian accent in its yeasty fruitiness. This accentuates a big, fresh, leafy hop character. The body is creamy, but with good spritz as well. This pulls a pleasing fresh bread malt note across the palate. The malt carries with it abundant hop - leafy, slight orange, dalandan notes - and a slightly perfumey yeast note. The bitterness perception is moderate but insistent. The finish is dry, herbal and slightly pithy. When you deconstruct this beer you see how an apparently simple dynamic can be executed nearly to perfection.

(12oz. bottle) Pours a hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit, peach, tangerine, and marijuana. Flavor of hops (citrus, floral, herbal, pine) and caramel malt.
