The term "wet hop" apparently refers to the use of hops when they are fresh off the vine, prior to being dried. For that reason, wet hopped beers are only available in the fall. This one seems to be the best one. It's very good.

Originally rated on 11/30/14. "Pours a golden straw colour with a nice white frothy head. The aroma is dank and piney, with hints of fresh mint; very nice. The palate is light to medium bodied with a pleasant fresh hop oily sensation. The flavour is tart with subtle citrus fruit, lemon zest, strong resinous pine, grass, fresh bitter herbs, and white pepper that gives a long bitter finish mingled with subtle malt. This is a very refreshing and distinctively robust wet hop ale.

Love the "wet hops" as it doesn’t leave the dry bitterness that most ipa’s do! Pours a hazy gold w/ a good white head that leaves a ring of lacing. The aroma has some soft citrusy notes. The taste is lightly full of hops but refreshing at the same time! It has kind of lemon sing to it & is warming at the 7.6%. Yet another very good offering from whom I consider the best out there!

Poured a very nice medium yellow with moderate lacing. In the mouth it seems like a good blend of cascade and Amarillo, though I could be way off.

Very nice hop aroma with biscuit from the malt. Very light in color but there is a breast malty sweetness that backs up the floral citrus hops.

Draft. Clear gold, almost no head. Nose is pine! Bitter. Middle is medium malt and grapefruit peels. Finish is bitter and lingering. Extremely balanced brew, alcohol blended beautifully. This was Mt Hood for the hops.
