This liquid dream pours a hazy golden orange straw color with a large puffy white two-finger head. First sip of this beer rewards with a super juicy hop presence bursting with fresh orange and lemon citrus then continues to introduce toasted malt undertones.

Pours golden with a nice lingering off white head. The nose is of hops, mostly grapefruit then followed by pine. Exceptionally well balanced and complex flavor, with the focus being on hop flavor rather than bitterness against a solid malt backbone. Hop grapefruit flavor is the most prevalent. Light medium body, well carbonated. Nice crisp finish with a lingering grapefruit flavor against a slight bitterness. The best IPA I have had to date. A wet hopping masterpiece.

Very distinct hop smell, somewhat faint- hard to categorize. Taste also very different and hard to compare. Thin mouth feel and clean finish. Pleasant beer but for the price didn't blow me away. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle pours clear amber with large creamy white head that leaves little lacing. Smells mostly of piney hops with some citrus and malt in the background. Taste is also mostly piney hops, with some dry grapefruit and maltiness. I don’t get a lot of citrus or tropical flavor. Medium body and carbonation, not very oily or juicy, but with some piney resin. Very dry with nice bitter finish. Very good hop-forward IPA, but not one of my favorites.

Aroma: fairly aggressive bitter hops; fruity notes, especially grapefruit; Appearance: light golden orange with frothy head that dissipates quickly; some lacing; Taste: dominated by hops; was hoping it would be a little more balanced and multidimensional; but very refreshing; Palate: medium body with average carbonation; long and bitter finish; very nice; Overall: not as impressive as other Founders brews that I’ve tried but still a great IPA; would buy again.

Poured from chilled bottle into wet snifter with pinky held high. Golden orange in color with a citrus aroma reminiscent of tropical fruit bar. So chuggable it makes me wonder where they hid the ABV. Smooth and delicious with a pleasant, refreshing aftertaste. I'll take another, keep them coming. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Decent citrus hop aroma. Grapefruit in color with a minimal head. Medium and crisp palate. Hop-forward bitterness that was refreshing not harsh. Earthy malt undertones.

Bottle. A Golden pour with a good white head that decayed into spotty lacing. Continuous tiny bubbles. Aromas of citrus and grass, oily hops. Up front fresh hop flavors of a mix of Grapefruits and oranges, followed by a nice balance of sweet malts and bitterness. Crisp and mild dry bitter finish. Reminds me of the beer I wet hopped... well they do it a bit better than me. LOL

Bottle at home. Fairly golden orange pour small white head. Nose is floral and bready and juicy hops. Tastes of grapefruit, florals, bready, resinous hops, some spice. Medium to thin body. Nice finish.
