Boutip (1695), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada May 6, 2008 Bottle courtesy of Plucier: Poured a cloudy hazy golden color ale with a huge white foamy head with perfect retention and no lacing. Aroma of bitter and citrus hops with some interesting floral notes. Taste is a mix between some floral hops notes with a bitter and citrus finish with some malt presence. Full body with limited filtration and good carbonation. Another fine ale from a brewer who consistently amaze me.
