different version that is using mostly employee-grown peppers (mariachi, jalapeno, cerrano, and thai chiles) ...amber pour with lively carbonation and medium-sized head. aroma of big pepper and some piney hops. flavor captures it all the same with some great bitterness in the finish...seemingly more complex than previous versions and maybe a tad less spicy...great stuff
