IBU : 90
Wysycenie: Niskie.
Podsumowanie:
Kocham RISy!;) Ten zawładnął moją duszą i ciałem. Polecam szczerze każdemu kto lubi perfekcyjne piwa.

Enjoyed this phenomenal beer with a hearty well-done steak last night, this rich and strong full-flavored imperial stout is among some of the best brews I have ever sampled. Thick black oil appearance with a coffee bean brown head, lots of roasted coffee and charred cocoa/wood flavors in the aroma. Flavor is an absolutely delicious mix of roast coffee, oak, cocoa (not chocolate in my opinion, just a bitter dark cocoa), and some notes of red fruit, almost cherry-like without the tartness or sweetness. Interestingly I did not observe any booziness or alcohol tinge in this beer, apart from the label on the bottle, nothing betrays the high ABV of this brew. Definitely warming though, and with a satisfying bitter earthy malt finish. Well done!

12oz bottle. Pours jet black with rich brown head. Aroma is sweet chocolate malt and caramel. I also get a little bubble gum aroma. Taste is sweet malt and chocolate with a caramel warm alcohol and chocolate finish. Delicious

~ A lot going on in the aroma, prune, raisin, kerosene, tar, chocolate, leather, charred wood, and vanilla all in a good way that starts to blend together after the beer warms and creates a milk chocolate, vanilla wood aroma. ~Pours pitch black with small creamy head that seemed almost reddish brown when I first poured but now more like a chocolate milk color. Head starts to dissipate. ~Sort of hazelnutty flavor up front for me with charred wood, tobacco and tar, espresso, a bit burnt and bitter. ~Thick bodied, med low co2, long lingering ashy burnt wood finish. Alcohol warmth. ~The aroma is intriguing. For me there are two types of Imperial stouts, fruity malty and charred malty. I prefer fruity malty and this is charred malty. Bitterness from the roasted malt is a bit much and ruins the balance for me in the flavor.

Pours a thin tan head on a black body. The aroma is milk, rich chocolate and roasted malt. The taste has depth with roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and wood, with a lingering burnt malt flavor. The texture is exceptionally smooth.

2014 bottle. Pours a big, bold dark brown/black with a small foamy khaki head. Aroma of sweet malts, some alcohol, coffee, dark chocolate, and dark fruit. Flavor was bold with dark chocolate and bitter coffee, caramel, dark cherry, and a mellowed alcohol presence. Full body, oily texture, average carbonation, warming and smooth finish.

12oz bottle pours a thick black color with some brown head. Sticky sweet. Some vanilla, and loads of hops. Needs a little time to breathe.
