May 3, 2006 A pitch black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet with quite a lot of alcohol, while the flavor is very sweet with strong notes of roasted malt besides a strong alcohol presence. The body is very thick - almost like syrup.

Aug 26, 2009 Bottled, thanks Baggio! Very black, pale brown head. Tarry licorice attack my nostrils. Mid-sweet with rock solid body. Bold and licorice-harsh, never alcoholic. Some chocolate lures behind. Finishes with powerful tarry bitterness. All about power and big flavours.

[ Trade by VikingHammer ]. Clear dark black color with a average, frothy to creamy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, coffee, peat notes. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is soft. [20090218]

May 6, 2006 Black color. Nice aroma of roasted malt, caramel and liquorice. Thick oily mouthfeel; very good malt with caramel and liquorice and roasted malt; balanced, better and more complex than the aroma let imagine. Excellent.
