(Critique chaotique du extreme beer fest 2013): Expérience totalement impertinente à cause de la spite juste avant. Florale, légèrement fruitée, peu ou pas d’amertume.

Pouring at the Saturday sessions of Extreme Beerfest. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a thin white head. Lots of ginger on the nose. Sweet ginger, pinepapple shows up but not huge. Long ginger, toast and warm. Lovely but a touch one dimensional. Fortunately for me, I like that dimension.

Fruity, spicy, herbal, and sweet with tropical fruits countered with ginger. Nice pale, not something I’d drink often, but nice to try.

Sampled at EBF. Pours a hazy gold with some wispy white head. Big herbal, ginger aroma, coriander, candy sugar. Flavor of ginger, turmeric, coriander. Full, herbal finish.

12oz Draught at Brewpub. Appearance is hazy, orange color with light, off-white head. Aroma is citrus, pineapple and floral. Taste is similar with nice malt body and balance flavors of pineapple and ginger. Palate is medium bodied, smooth texture, nice balance, soft carbonation, and a semi-dry finish. Excellent beer!
