3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden- orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of big pine, resin, some grass into a bit of orange and grapefruit, slight lemon as well with a hint of biscuit but pretty hop forward. Taste is a mix of grass, pine, resin, touch of orange into a bit of herbal notes, slight biscuit, bread, finishing bitter, dry.

12 ounce bottle thanks to Mike. Bottled 8/26, but there is still a nice nose here followed by tropical fruit flavors. Slight malt. Nice.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Apricot colored pour, white head. A bit fruity and sweeter than I usually like my DIPAs. Some dank and tropical fruity hops dancing around. Lively carbonation. Certainly not bad at all.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at home in CT - picked up at New Beer Distributors. Pours perfectly clear gold, effervescent, with a frothy white head. The aroma holds some citrusy hops, mild piss, lean pale malts. Light-medium sweet flavor with pleasant peach notes, some tangerine, orange, light pine needles, straw, pale bread. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish, clean and juicy, with moderate pale malt sweetness, slight oily resins, baked hay, more peach and tangerine. A lovely low octane IPA.

Bottle @ Three Notch’d Tasting. Gold pour with a small head. The aroma’s very dank. Bright grassy hops. Citrus and grassy meadow. Taste is sharp, full of citrus fruits. Clean bitter finish. Nicely aggressive. Medium body, active carbonation.

Hopped out to where you are bored with all the IPAs out there? This beer is for you. The mosaic is a promise, a promise of aggressive, yet delightful earthy bitterness and aroma.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
The aroma is barnyard. Pours a clear orange/yellow with off white head mostly diminishing, some lacing. The taste is bitter. The body is medium, the texture thin/creamy, the carbonation a little fizzy and the finish abrupt. Overall this one stinks but the others I had weren’t too bad, so the rating is mostly for the others.
