Im not the biggest fan of cascade hops so this one falls a bit short for me. Very cascade tasting pale ale with light sweetness. Flavors of flowers and lemon along with light malt. Refreshing and clean but not the best from these guys.

Very nice floral aroma. Light bodied, citrus, honey, very nicely balanced finish, with a bit of a complex oak woodiness coming out. Would be great with a burger.

Bottle @ home. Huge foam head, filled my Duvel glass in a second with foam, makes that piles on top of my glass. You could play Jenga with this stuff. Takes forever to dissipate. AAH.

Aroma’s of citrussy hops, some flowers and a touch of lemon dishsoap.
Flavour is mild hoppy, not bitter, some fruit, lemon and flowers.
A bit on the thin side.

Pours an amber color with a white head, it’s actually pretty good looking. The aroma has some citrus hops with a little bit of caramel malt. The taste follows the nose, it’s solid but uninspired. The palate is medium bodied yet refreshing with a bit of an aftertaste. This is like having sex with your wife after 5 years of marraige, it’s still good and gets the job done, but it leaves you wanting more.

12oz bottle. Slightly hazy yellow-orange color, minimal white head. Light hop aroma, refreshing indeed and very drinkable. Nice lightly bitter aftertaste. Moderate-to-sharp carbonation. Quick finish, decent aftertaste. Not very complex or interesting, but a solid pale ale.

(Bottle) Pours light hazy golden with an off-white head. The aroma is floral, mild citric, perfume-ish light wooden, dry toasted and light bready. Subtle “green” hoppiness. Undertones of hay, burned plastic, pine resin, dried peach, roots, honey, ginger, ripe white grapes, raisins, red apples, juniper and whisper of pineapple. The flavor is light sweet, near medium bitter and tiny acidic. Tones of citrus, flowers, toast and white bread. The mouthfeel is clean with a medium carbonation. Clean malt and balanced hop finish. Near medium bodied.
