A testament to Cascade hops in a bottle. This medium-bodied pale ale has a distinctive floral hop aroma and refreshing citrus flavor. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Perfect to enjoy anytime, anywhere.

This is a very fine APA with perfect balance for the assertive cascade hops. Really, this beer reminded me of how so many beers, although tasty, lack balance and interplay of flavors. well done. And this is their lawnmower beer...

Bottle. Pours out an orange color with a nice white head on it. Smell is fruity with some hop smells - grass, citrus, sweet malts - thats about it. Not much else.. Decent smelling but not memorable. Taste is smooth and easy to drink. Fairly refreshing, but it lacks the hop bite of something like Sierra Nevada Pale. A good beer, but not the best - however, since this is around that means the Breakfast stout is too, and that is good enough for me!

This beer is golden. It has a medium sized white head. Not a lot of lacing. Sharp, piney nose. Straight-forward and watery with a pine-tree bite at the finish. Whatever I’ll drink anything.

Bottle. Pours a light yellow body with a white head. Smells like light pils malt with a hoppy light aroma of citrus and pine. Easy drinking lawn mower brew.

Pours light golden from 12 oz bottle, forming medium sized off white foamy head. Aroma of malts, hops and citrus. Flavour grassy hops with a tinge of malty peppery lemons. Overall average pale ale, was expecting much more from brewery. Drinkable, and tasty, but not too exciting, sorry.

12 oz. Hazy golden-orange with a lasting head and lots of crunchy lace left behind. Mild lemon and grain aroma. Flavor is lemon, eucalyptus, and grain with some toasted nut and bitter woody hop on the end. Long citrus, eucalyptus and wood finish is not so great. Light body is soft and dry.

UPDATED: APR 1, 2012 Light orange, nearly golden clear pour with white thin head and nice lacing. Grassy, grainy, and slightly floral. Good bit of apricots on the nose. Similar taste, and dry palate. Better than I remembered.

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2013 12oz from Sam’s, Durham. Pale cloudy golden pour, with a modest head and carbonation. The nose is lightly hoppy, with a hint of dry flowers. Very assertive malt presence, sweet and caramel (just a hint bready at times), and I found that there’s a bit too much, not quite balanced enough with the light citrus hops. The citrus flavors are there in the finish, but the body’s also a touch thin, making it a slightly watery ending. Solid, but not up to par with Centennial.
